This Privacy Policy explains how TwoPaws Games Limited, a company incorporated in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("TwoPaws Games", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with our games and related services, including Stardoku (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

• Information you provide: feedback, support requests, and any details you choose to share when you contact us.
• Optional contact details: if you choose to submit them on our web version, the nickname and email address you enter so that we can notify you at launch and send a small thank-you gift. Providing these is entirely optional and is never required to play.
• Device and technical information: device model, operating system version, language, unique device identifiers, IP address, and approximate (coarse) location derived from your IP address.
• Gameplay information: game progress, levels completed, achievements, settings, and in-game activity.
• Transaction information: records of in-app purchases (processed by the app stores; we do not receive your full payment card details).
• Diagnostic information: crash logs, performance data, and error reports used to improve stability.
• Advertising identifiers: mobile advertising IDs used to deliver and measure ads, where applicable.

We do not require you to create an account or provide your real name, phone number, or email address to play. The nickname and email fields on the web version are optional; declining them does not limit any part of the game.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
• Notify you when a game launches and send a promised gift, if you gave us your email for that purpose;
• Personalize your experience and remember your preferences;
• Analyze usage and performance to make better games;
• Diagnose technical problems and fix crashes;

• Protect against fraud, abuse, and security risks; and
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK Users)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to provide the Services), our legitimate interests (to improve and secure the Services), your consent (for example, for personalized ads where required, and for the optional nickname/email you submit on the web version), and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information with:

• Service providers who perform services on our behalf (hosting, analytics, crash reporting, customer support);
• Advertising partners for serving and measuring ads, where applicable;

• Google AdMob (advertising, where applicable)

Your information may be stored and processed in countries other than your own, where data-protection laws may differ. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect your information when it is transferred internationally.

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services and for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. You can stop further data collection by uninstalling the app.

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9a. Optional Contact Details: Retention and Withdrawal

If you submit a nickname and email address on our web version, we keep them only until we have sent the launch notice and gift, and in any case no longer than 24 months, after which they are deleted. We use them for that single purpose, do not sell them, and do not add you to unrelated marketing. You may withdraw at any time by emailing support@twopaws.games, and we will delete your entry. Clearing your browser storage removes the local copy held on your device.

10. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@twopaws.games and we will delete it promptly.

11. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. You can usually limit ad tracking and reset your advertising identifier in your device settings.

EEA/UK residents may exercise rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR and lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority. California residents may exercise rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.
